Wherever you are in your week, this program allows you to sprinkle in a little more structure (and a lot more heat!) with a curated mixture of six 20-30 minute bounce classes, ranging in levels from beginner, advanced, and everything in between. This challenge is a wonderful way to hold yourself accountable and build consistency in a bounce routine that fits into, rather than gets in the way of, your daily life.
And now, with a finish-line in sight, it’s time to set some goals and make this challenge yours. Check-in and ask yourself “what do I want to accomplish by the end of these 6 days?” Maybe it’s as obvious as following-through to the end of the 6 days. Maybe it’s more specific and choreography focused. Or perhaps it’s pushing yourself to get through your first advanced class without clicking “pause.” Whatever your goal may be, keep working towards it. There are so many benefits of rebounding that you will continue to experience well beyond these next 6 days, and you’ll begin to recognize that most of them extend past the confines of a “fitness setting.”
