One-on-One Fitness
Customize your fitness experience with private training. You’ll work one-on-one with a certified trainer to focus on your individual goals such as improving cardiovascular endurance or building muscle. Private training is suggested for those who don’t feel ready to take a class or are seeking more of a challenge and it is highly recommended for those who are new to fitness or returning to fitness after an injury. In-person, online, and NYC home one-on-one fitness sessions are available.
You can choose the intensity level and style of class, whether it is with a trampoline, weights, a mat, or all of the above.
